A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.Not great but an enjoyable action movie that is probably one of Seagal's most successful films.this was nominated for 2 oscars which i think is the first for any seagal flick.it was made on a budget of 25 million but grossed 83 million.quite enjoyable thriller.6.5/10
