Nothing, and I mean NOTHING can prepare you for this one. It was made for the real shocks, and delivers em. With the famous gore that enters through out the film, the scares are the most genuine, as they happen slowly at the opening, and then boom at you in the last real. Tobe Hooper has definitely made the ultimate horror classic when this one was made. His opening will always give me the nightmarish feel when that camera sound goes off, exposing the skeleton.An instant classic! If you don't like it, YOU are the one with the problem!8/10
